Seated Dance  A ‘Dansit’ class meets on Thursdays 12.30-1.30 for £7 per week. Run by Daniel Jones (of the Marilyn Jones Dance centre), this offers fun, feel-good sessions designed for all ages and abilities. Using a chair to sit and for balance and support, you’ll move to beautiful and energising music while exploring flowing movements inspired by ballet, contemporary, and commercial dance. Each class gently improves posture, strength, flexibility and coordination, helping you feel more confident and connected in your body. Perfect for beginners or anyone returning to dance, it’s a welcoming and social way to stay active and expressive.
