Neil Thompson has recently taken on the role of being one of our two churchwardens. He writes about his Christian faith ‘Although I was encouraged in my teens by the faith of friends and Church youth leaders, my own commitment came later. Following years of education, travel and work in the UK and beyond, I returned to Newcastle-under-Lyme in my thirties and gave my life to Christ. I now seek to serve and share my faith in my local community, praying that the Holy Spirit will use my service and witness to inspire others to make a similar commitment.’
