I was born in Oxfordshire and spent my childhood attending the local Baptist Church. From when I can remember I always enjoyed looking after children. I was baptised around aged 16 and my faith really became my own when I gained more independence at university. Getting stuck in with a church and all the children’s ministry opportunities.

I volunteered in week long summer camps in Russian orphanages for many years and those experiences really shaped who I am today and how I help and support those in need.

I am happy to be in North Staffordshire now after nearly 11 years working abroad as a teacher in Estonia. I am excited to be a part of St Andrews and the wonderful Children and Families.

I live with my wonderful miniature poodle and partly blind cat.
